Through the Cloud Factory, international users can remotely submit design and printing demands and place orders. Based on the graphic recognition algorithm and the library of denture models, the digital design team will swiftly create a 3D model of the prosthesis. The cloud platform uses big data technology to allocate orders for processing and printing to the nearest printing location. After receiving an order, the final product will be shipped within 48 hours, which significantly cut turn-around time and improve service quality.

Service information such as order review results, production and processing status, and delivery progress are synchronised in real-time with the system. Key information will also be sent instantaneously to customers via text messages, emails, or on-site messages, allowing customers to check the status of their orders at any time.
The monthly electronic invoice is generated automatically, and the customer can download the payment details for each order at any time. Customers are not required to establish specialist for statistical calculations, hence reducing labour expenses.
